3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and the building.
4. Be safe and protect yourself, avoiding leaning or sitting on windows, windowsills, balconies or handrails.
5. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rain.
6. No events or meetings of any kind are allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
